Be a Vendor at the Market

Currently, we are getting close to being a full market. 

We are, however, specifically still looking for the following types of vendors:,

eggs, meat/poultry, jerky, nut-butters, fresh berries, hot food, plants/hanging baskets/starts., cheese, milk, jams/jellies…

Volunteering at the Market

Yes!! Please!!  We are very much in need of volunteers. Volunteers are vital to the success of the market. We do need repeat volunteers so that they can really be involved in the market. Volunteers make our market happen and The Cedar Mill Farmers Market needs you!
We are lots of fun to work with and you can pick the dates and the way you want to help.  You can come for an hour or two - once a month, twice a month or more.  You could even volunteer as a family or maybe get a few friends and volunteer together.  We would love to have you!  Here are some ways to get involved:

VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION meeting/training
Saturday May 11 & 18 @ 2pm at the market- come and learn about what is needed and what to do!!!

• up / Tear-down team

  • help us set-up before market time (6:30-8:45 am) or take-down after (2:00-3:30 pm) 

  • It involves some lifting and can be a good workout😊

• During market

  • Be an “extra hand” and help where ever it’s needed – assisting customers, vendors, sweeping up, getting water on hot days

  • Help organize special monthly events (like “Pie in July” or “Season End Celebration”)

  • Work at the Information Booth or the Power Of Produce Booth

• Other

  • Promotional - help us promote the market

  • Or maybe you have an idea.
